Course Description/Outline: You already know how to do it yourself but it takes different skills and knowledge to effectively lead others in performing an audit. Successfully leading an audit means you have to manage the work while also managing the people. As the Auditor-In-Charge (AIC) you must plan the work and then keep track of what everyone is doing, stay on schedule and adapt to the changes that inevitably occur, and work with staff to get the most out of each person.
