Course Overview
Have you ever walked out of an interview and felt clueless or felt that you had even less of an understanding of the information you were seeking than when you went into the interview? It’s a more common problem than you think. In this course, you will understand the roles and responsibilities in an interview, how to prepare for an interview, techniques for questioning, how to evaluate responses received, and the importance of listening.
