Participants will learn tools to exercise leadership at any level, regardless of their position in the organization. The class will discuss the difference between being a leader and being a member of management, as well as learn how to apply the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. This course will help to strengthen communication skills, increase influence, and improve the delivery of recommendations and process improvements. This course is designed for all levels, including auditors, supervisors, and managers.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be better able to:
• Identify the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leaders
• Communicate vision with purpose and relevance to peers, management, and auditees
• Describe the natural cycle of change and begin to manage resistance more gracefully
• Provide personalized, positive feedback to coworkers and auditees
