Conducting Effective Interviews to Understand Processes, Risks, and Controls

Q&A session each morning at 8am. Class main event is Monday & Tuesday 8:30am-12:30pm.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Conduct process, risk, and control interviews with associates and leaders at all levels

• Navigate and effectively manage the key stages of an interview

• Ask the right questions in the right way to obtain meaningful and reliable information

• Listen actively and evaluate responses with professional skepticism
