The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others. Each participant will be given the DiSC self-assessment at the beginning of the course. The DiSC profile is a tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. This course will discuss the understanding and applying the essentials of communication in face-to-face, phone and written communication channels. Lee will also cover leveraging diverse communication styles through DiSC to address having Crucial Conversations in the work place, communicating with executives, across generations, and to clients and peers.
