Every day, the expectations placed on professional internal auditors are on the rise. As a result, we all find ourselves in a constant state of “catching up” in order to meet the needs of management, board members, clients and even ourselves. This highly interactive program will discuss proven ideas that can dramatically increase the daily effectiveness and perceived value of the individual auditor and the audit team.

  • Effective interviewing techniques

  • The power of continuous auditing and monitoring areas not scheduled for audit

  • Attributes of High Impact Findings

  • Developing and reporting ideas that sell

  • Anticipating and deflecting opposition to audit ideas

  • Ultra Impact audit areas, concepts and action steps

    Instructional Method, Program Length and Continuing Education Credits

    This seminar utilizes a combination of lecture, discussion and short exercises, and is offered in either a one or two-day format. Seminar content, areas of emphasis and exact program length are tailored to client needs. In accordance with the standards of the National Association of CPE Sponsors, Continuing Professional Education credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. National Registry of CPE Sponsors ID Number: 108226
