Course Description:
This course will equip auditors with tools to manage their audit projects.We will begin with a review of the annual planning process, then dive into individual projects and plans. From staff hours to objectives to writing the report, if you manage audits, auditors, or project segments, you won't want to miss this class!
Course Objectives:
*Use specific tools to assess audit needs and plan audit projects.
*Apply techniques to manage audit projects based on calendar time and staff time.
*Leave the class with improved audit planning and project management.
