After the download completes, locate the file (guide.zip) on your hard drive, and use an unzipping program to extract the Peer Review Guide from the file. You will need a program that will view .DOC files such as Microsoft Word. If such a program is unavailable to you, Microsoft provides a viewer that is free to download and use.
