Objective: To enable practitioners to understand and efficiently implement the requirements of AICPA SAS’s 104 – 111.

·                    Discusses proposed revisions representing the selected redrafted versions of the risk            assessment SAS’s
·                    Understanding the entity and its environment
·                    Audit strategies and audit plans
·                    Planning and performing risk assessment procedures
·                    Performing further audit procedures
·                    Evaluating audit findings and audit evidence
·                    Discuss example documentation techniques
  Application of I/C concepts to small & midsized entities


Includes case exercise involving risk assessments for a small municipality.
 Reviews recently issued AICPA Technical Practice Aids addressing inherent risk, control risk and internal control
